Pet Arrival Policy: At the Animal Clinic of Farmers Branch, our first concern is the safety of all pets and people who come to see us.

• This is why we ask that all pets be properly secured when entering the building. This should include either a leash or carrier.

• If you are in need of a leash, please ask the staff for one before entering the clinic with your pet.

Payment Policy: We require full payment at time of services rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.

• A deposit may be required when dropping off a pet for services.
