Dr. Kim was born in South Korea but grew up mostly in Southern California. She attended University of California, Berkeley for her undergraduate studies. After graduating, she decided to stay in San Francisco Bay Area to work for few years in different places including biotechnology company, veterinary hospitals, and neurodegenerative disease laboratory, until she decided to go back to school to study veterinary medicine. She graduated from Royal Veterinary College located in London, focusing mainly on small animal medicine.  After graduation, Dr. Kim decided to move to Texas, following the rest of her family. She also shares her home with a lab mix, Juliet. Since graduation, Dr. Kim has worked in Animal Clinic of Farmers Branch. She enjoys discussing different diagnostic and treatment options with clients and working in an awesome team to make patients feel better.
